GT World Challenge Europe: Comtoyou Racing Takes Nürburgring Win

The trio of Nicki Thiim, Marco Sørensen and Mattia Drudi converted their pole position into a three-hour race win to keep their title hopes alive. Team WRT took second place with their #32 BMW after making steady progress from eighth on the grid. Mercedes-AMG Team Verstappen Racing rounded out the podium to secure their first-ever Endurance Cup podium. A fourth-place finish was enough for the #48 Mercedes-AMG Team Mann-Filter crew of Maro Engel, Lucas Auer and Luca Stolz to clinch the Endurance Cup drivers' title. The #59 Garage 59 McLaren initially finished second on the road but a 10-second penalty dropped the car to P10.
